- Onion - finely chopped - ½ cup
- Green chillies - finely chopped - 3
- Ginger - cut into small pieces - 1-inch piece
- Curry leaves - chopped - a handful
- Coriander leaves - chopped - a handful
- Water - as required
- Til oil - 4 tablespoon
- Oil for making roti
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Banana leaf for spreading the dough into roti (Optional)
