A tasty and healthy poori – a simple recipe
Take the wheat flour in a wide vessel. Add the tomato puree, ajwain, and salt and mix them well.
Knead the flour adding a little water, if required, to a soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Take a small size ball of the dough, and spread it to thick poori.
Heat the oil in a high flame and make the poori.
Puffed pink colour poori is ready for serving!
Keeping the flame high will help the poori to come puffed.
