Step by step method

    Dry roast each item separately and keep them in a plate and allow it to cool.

    Grind them together in a mixie to a nice powder.

  • Step 3

    Transfer the contents to a plate and after 10 to 15 minutes you can transfer to an airtight container.

  • You can keep this rasam powder for a month also.
