Greengram (paasi payaru) is a rich source of protein, fibre, and essential minerals that support muscle strength and digestion. When combined with rice and coconut, it becomes a well-balanced meal that’s both filling and gentle. The fenugreek seeds aid digestion and help maintain body heat balance — making this kanji an ideal dish for everyday nourishment.
