A Healthy and Tasty Snack – Simple Recipe
Clean and soak the foxtail millet, raw rice, idli rice, and wheat together for 4 to 5 hours.
Grind it nicely to a fine batter. Add jaggery and grind for few more minutes. Add salt and mix it to combine well.
Add water, if required to make it to little thinner than the dosa batter consistency. Add the coconut pieces and mix it well.
Now, heat oil in a kadai. Once the oil becomes hot, pour a ladle of the batter and wait until the adai comes up.(once cooked, it will come up in the oil)
When the adai comes up, turn it and after a few seconds take it out and keep it in an oil drainer. Once the oil is drained, transfer the adai to a plate.
The sweet adai is ready for serving.
