An Easy to Prepare Recipe for Millet Roti
Clean and soak the millet for 3 to 4 hours.
Cut the mango (fruit) into small pieces and keep it aside.
Grind the millet and coconut to a nice batter adding very little water. Now add the mango pieces and salt and grind for a few more minutes and transfer the batter to a bowl. Batter is ready for making roti.
Heat the tawa in medium flame and take a handful of the batter and spread it over in a circle. Sprinkle oil or ghee and turn the roti and cook for a few more minutes.
Once the roti is cooked well both sides transfer to a plate.
Hot millet mango rotis are ready for serving.
Side dish: You do not need any side dish for this, if you wish you can serve with coconut chutney.
