Soak the millets for 3 to 4 hours.
Cut the mango, jackfruit and banana into small pieces and keep it aside.
Grind the millet and coconut to a nice batter adding very little water. Now add palm jaggery, fruits, and salt and grind for a few more minutes and transfer the batter to a bowl. The batter is ready for making paniyaram.
Heat the paniyaram vessel in medium flame and add ghee. Fill the batter in each hole and let it cook until the base turns golden brown.
Then turn the paniyaram and cook for a few more minutes. Once it is cooked well on all sides, transfer to a plate.
Hot millet and fruit paniyaram are ready for serving.
Side dish: You don’t need any side dish for this sweet paniyaram!
