A Simple recipe for a healthy snack for a rainy evening, Ragi Pakoda
Mix the ragi flour, besan, cashew pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Add all the cut vegetables, onion, ginger, coriander and curry leaves to the flour.
Grind red chillies, garlic pearls and salt into a nice paste and add it to the mixture.
In a frying pan, heat the oil for frying the pakoda. Add 2 tablespoons of this hot oil to the mixture and mix well.
Add the required amount of water to form a dough.
Make the desired size of ragi pakoda pieces and fry them in hot oil.
Hot and crispy vegetable pakoda is ready for serving!
Adding besan flour is optional. But, if not adding besan flour, add ½ cup of ragi flour itself as the other measurements are given for 2 and a half cups of flour.
