Simple Recipe for a Tasty and Healthy Poori
Take the ragi flour in a wide vessel and add the wheat flour
Add mashed potatoes, chilli powder, salt and omam to ragi flour and knead it to a soft dough.
Heat oil in a kadai and you can make poori as you usually make pooris.
Side Dish: Coconut chutney, Mixed vegetable kurma and Onion raita are suitable side dishes for this poori.
