Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Take the ragi flour in a wide vessel and add the wheat flour

  • Step 2

    Add mashed potatoes, chilli powder, salt and omam to ragi flour and knead it to a soft dough.

  • Step 3

    Heat oil in a kadai and you can make poori as you usually make pooris.

Tips & variations

  • Side Dish: Coconut chutney, Mixed vegetable kurma and Onion raita are suitable side dishes for this poori.
