Recipe for a Healthy and Tasty dosa with Millet

Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Mix the ragi flour and the wheat flour in a bowl.

  • Step 2

    In a pan add oil and fry the onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger and mix that with the flour.

  • Step 3

    Add salt as required and mix the flour well adding the required amount of water.

  • Step 4

    Heat the tawa. You can prepare a dosa of your choice, thin or a little thicker also.

  • Nice tasty and healthy ragi dosa is ready.

Tips & Variations

  • Grind 4 red chillies, 4 garlic pearls and salt into a nice paste and mix it with the dough. This will give a nice aroma and taste.

  • Side dish: You can serve it with Coconut chutney or Tomato chutney. Capsicum chutney also will be a different combination for this dosa.
