Recipe for a Healthy and Tasty dosa with Millet
Mix the ragi flour and the wheat flour in a bowl.
In a pan add oil and fry the onion, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger and mix that with the flour.
Add salt as required and mix the flour well adding the required amount of water.
Heat the tawa. You can prepare a dosa of your choice, thin or a little thicker also.
Nice tasty and healthy ragi dosa is ready.
Grind 4 red chillies, 4 garlic pearls and salt into a nice paste and mix it with the dough. This will give a nice aroma and taste.
Side dish: You can serve it with Coconut chutney or Tomato chutney. Capsicum chutney also will be a different combination for this dosa.
