Easy to make recipe for a healthy snack, Ragi Pakoda
Mix all the ingredients (ragi flour, besan, onion, herbal leaves, green chillies, ginger, coriander, curry leaves, cashew pieces, salt, and chili powder) in a large mixing bowl.
Heat the oil for frying. Add 2 tablespoons of this hot oil to the mix.
Add the required amount of water to form a dough, (not very tight and not very loose).
Make the desired size of ragi herbal pakoda pieces and fry them in hot oil.
Crispy, healthy pakoda is ready for an evening snack!
Adding besan flour is optional. But, if not adding besan flour, add ½ cup of ragi flour itself as the other measurements are given for 2 and a half cups of flour.
