Plain dosa with ragi flour – An Easy- to- make recipe
Mix the ragi flour and the wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt as required.
Add water and mix the flour well without any lumps.
Keep the tawa and spread the flour as a thin layer. Sprinkle ghee / oil.
Flip the dosa and take after 1 or 2 minutes.
Nice crispy ragi dosa is ready. In this method you can make very thin dosa!
Grind 4 red chillies, 4 garlic pearls and salt into a nice paste and mix it with the dough. This will give a nice aroma and taste.
Side dish: You can serve it with Coconut chutney or Tomato chutney. Capsicum chutney also will be a different combination for this dosa. Recipe for Coconut Chutney - refer to the blog 👇🏻
