Plain dosa with ragi flour – An Easy- to- make recipe

Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Mix the ragi flour and the wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt as required.

  • Step 2

    Add water and mix the flour well without any lumps.

  • Step 3

    Keep the tawa and spread the flour as a thin layer. Sprinkle ghee / oil.

  • Step 4

    Flip the dosa and take after 1 or 2 minutes.

  • Nice crispy ragi dosa is ready. In this method you can make very thin dosa!

Tips & variations

  • Grind 4 red chillies, 4 garlic pearls and salt into a nice paste and mix it with the dough. This will give a nice aroma and taste.
