A Simple Recipe for a Healthy Millet Soup
Heat a thick bottom vessel and add the butter. Once the butter melts add onions, ginger garlic paste and saute until the onion turns transparent.
Add all the cooked vegetables and saute them for a few minutes.
Add salt and pepper powder and cook on medium flame.
Mix the millet flour in water(4 cups) and add this mix with the vegetables. Let this boil well, stirring occasionally.
Once it comes to the soup consistency, put off the flame. Garnish with spring onion and cheese.
Healthy and tasty soup is ready for serving!
