A Health Drink for overall strength!

Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Wash and soak the dates overnight in a bowl. Soak all the nuts from 2 to 6 overnight in another bowl.

  • Step 2

    Take the soaked dates and nuts in a big mixie jar and grind them to a fine paste.

  • Step 3

    Add some milk to the mixie jar and whip it using the pulse mode.

  • Step 4

    Transfer the content into serving glasses.

  • A healthy and tasty morning drink is ready.

  • No need to add honey or sugar as we are adding dates in this
