A Healthy Juice to Improve the Hemoglobin Level
Wash the curry leaves and dry grapes. Grind them in a blender adding some water.
Add more water to the mixture Heat the mixture until it becomes lukewarm.
Filter it using a strainer to get the juice. You can add more water as per your desired taste!
Continuously taking this juice will improve the hemoglobin level and the overall immunity.
You can take this juice and moringa leaves juice on alternate days!
