Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Wash the moringa leaves and dry grapes Grind them in a blender adding some water

  • Step 2

    Add more water to the mixture. Heat the mixture until it becomes lukewarm or boil it for a little more time if you do not like the raw smell. Add the jeera while boiling, if preferred.

  • Step 3

    Filter it using a strainer to get the juice.

Tips & variations

  • Note: It is suggested to add some cumin seeds (jeera) while boiling the content as it might give some discomfort to a few.

  • You can even boil it a little more if you do not like the raw smell of the moringa leaves.

  • You can have this healthy juice once a day in the morning, preferably empty stomach!
