A Health Drink to Improve Your Hemoglobin Level!
Wash the moringa leaves and dry grapes Grind them in a blender adding some water
Add more water to the mixture. Heat the mixture until it becomes lukewarm or boil it for a little more time if you do not like the raw smell. Add the jeera while boiling, if preferred.
Filter it using a strainer to get the juice.
Note: It is suggested to add some cumin seeds (jeera) while boiling the content as it might give some discomfort to a few.
You can even boil it a little more if you do not like the raw smell of the moringa leaves.
You can have this healthy juice once a day in the morning, preferably empty stomach!
