A South Indian Crispy evening snack – Healthy Vada with Kambu – Easy to make recipe
Soak the Pearl millet for 3 hours
Grind the soaked pearl millet with red chillies, ginger, fennel seeds, cinnamon to a coarsely to the vada batter consistency
Add the onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to the batter and mix well
Heat the oil in a frying pan and make the vada
Nice crispy vada is ready for an evening snack.
