Tasty and healthy snack item using Pearl Millet – A Simple recipe for you to try!
Take the mashed banana in a wide bowl. Add the Pearl millet flour and mix well.
Then add the jaggery powder and cinnamon powder. (you can add even cardamom powder as per your taste) Add the salt and knead into a soft and stiff dough. Cover it with a thin wet cloth and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Roll the dough into rotis.
Heat a pan and cook the rotis with ghee. (Oil can be used instead of ghee!)
A tasty and healthy snack is ready and serve it hot.
Children will like to eat this sweet roti and this is a healthy food for them!
Remark: The same paratha can be made by replacing bananas with ripped jackfruit. That will be of a different taste and I like it very much!
