Easy to make Recipe for Millet Sambar Sadham – a Traditional Lunch Item
Cook the millet using the method given in:
Prepare the Brinjal, Drumstick and Mango Sambar as per the method given in:
Take the cooked millet rice in a wider vessel and mash it nicely.
Add enough sambar and mix it well. Add 2 tablespoons of ghee.
Fry the cashews in ghee and add to the sambar rice.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
A simple and tasty millet sambar rice is ready for serving!

Side dish: Potato fry is a very good combination for this millet sambar rice. Brinjal and potato curry is also a great choice. Even brinjal, drumstick and jackfruit seeds curry with this millet sambar rice. You can even serve it with cheppankizhangu fry.
