A Healthy and Tasty South Indian Breakfast/ Dinner

Ingredients

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Clean and soak all the millets together for 3 to 4 hours. Clean and soak the urad dal for 2 hours.

  • Step 2

    Grind the millets in a wet grinder to a fine batter.

  • Step 3

    Grind the fenugreek seeds for a few minutes, add some water and add the urad dal to it and grind nicely adding water in installments until the batter becomes fluffy.

  • Step 4

    Mix both the batters together, add salt and mix well. Ferment it for 6 hours or overnight.

  • Batter is ready for making crispy dosa!
