Tasty groundnut chutney – Easy to prepare recipe!
Dry roast the fried grams, green chillies and garlic separately and keep them aside.
Dry roast the groundnuts and remove the skin.
In a mixie, grind the groundnuts along with the chillies, fried grams, garlic, ginger, salt and the tamarind to the chutney consistency adding water.
Heat one teaspoon of oil in a small frying pan and add the mustard seeds, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida and garnish the chutney.
Tasty groundnut chutney is ready to be served with the soft millet idlis!
