A Traditional South Indian Spicy Dish for Rice!
Dry roast the raw rice, dhania, cumin seeds, pepper and mustard seeds and powder it.
Cut off the tip of the green chillies and keep it aside.
Extract the juice of tamarind in 3 cups of water and let it be a thin extract.
Heat the oil in a thick bottom vessel and saute the green chillies.
Add the tamarind extract to the vessel. Add turmeric powder and salt to it.
Now add the masala powder prepared in step 1 and let it boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and add the curry leaves saute and add to the Kuzhambu.
Tasty green chilli Kuzhambu is ready for serving.
Serve the millet rice hot with the green chilli kuzhambu.
